Sci-Fi/Fantasy Club Emergency Meeting Minutes for May 13, 2008

1.) Officer Re-Election: After much debate, the club decided to re-do the vote for officers from May 6, citing particular irregularities in reference to the Club Constitution. thus, the officers for 2008 – 2009 are:

President: Kristin Wetherholt
Vice President: R. T. Falimirski
Secretary: Jenna Kantor
Officer at Large: Shannon Ward

The club then celebrated this accomplishment by singing “Happy Birthday” to Doc. Much eating of cupcakes followed.

2.) Other Stuff:
a.) The club will be going to see Narnia this Friday at 3:55 PM at Cinemark Seven Bridges (Shannon has sent out e-mails on this already)
b.) The club will be seeing Indiana Jones next week. Volunteers are needed to coordinate show times (who wants to see it on Thursday? On Friday?)
c.) The club is now on Facebook! Look us up and join!

Our next meeting will be Tuesday, June 3 in IC 2103 from 2:30 – 4:00 PM. See you there!
